RETURNS

Our refund or exchange policy lasts for 14 days from delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Reduced items and special offer items are included too.

You’ll need to cover your own return postage costs; we also recommend using a tracked service for high value items over £75, as we can’t accept liability for stray packages. On receipt, we’ll make sure your return or exchange is processed.
